Crassula ovata (money plant/jade plant/friendship tree/lucky plant) help?

I have identified 4 types of potential deficiencies in these money plants:

1) The edges of the leaves have gone red
2) Crinkly leaves, sort of textured no longer smooth
3) New leaves with green leaves but sort of going yellow
4) Weird shape leaf, which has remained small and has a heart like shape instead of the typical 'money' smooth rounded shape.

Can you please tell what has caused these problems (if they are problems) and how to over come them???
