bugs are bugging me....

i have a outdoor bud problem! i can see damage done by grasshoppers and maybe even caterpillers? mostly little green grasshoppers though... how do i get ride of these things because they do the most damage and at a short rate...

open to any organic solutions only sence i am growing organically
as of right now im using NEEM OIL but doesnt seem to be working?
