DNS and ip ranges

Welcome to the forum. I don't know; the problem is that you've already had too similar sites on the same IP and that's possibly raised a flag. Are both sites indexed fully? Google apparently do look for sites on the same IP or same class C IP, and they possibly also check whois info too as they're a registrar - they could get the A record I suppose but the issue here is that you may be too late to move one of the sites. Find out how many pages of each are indexed and get back too us.
