Flapjacks - Great for paddle energy

100g (4oz) Butter
75 g (3oz) Golden Syrup
75g (3oz) Soft Brown Sugar
225g (8oz) Rolled Oats
Put butter, syrup and sugar into a saucepan and stand over low heat until melted. Stir in the oats and mix well.
Spread into a greased (8x12”) swiss roll tin and smooth top with a knife.
Bake at Gas mark 4 for about 30 mins
Leave in tin until cool and cut into fingers. Makes approx 24
