Small level tweak

Currently the levels in the range 11-16 need too much EXP to level up, causing a huge amount of players to get stuck in these level. We are going to flatten these levels in 2 days so they are in line with the rest of the levels. If you currently have more EXP then needed in the new situation, your total will automatically be changed to 50 points below the amount needed to level up. This gives you some time to prepare before you level up. We hope to see more players in the higher levels due this update!
