This is my 4th day since my surgery.I went with 550 cc's. Can anyone out there explain to me in full detail how I do the exercises for me to fully understand just exactly what I'm suppose to be doing?? I feel somehow I'm doing it wrong.I went to the doctor twice to have him show me,I get home,then I forget how....arph!! This information would be highly appreciated..
